Project goal
To celebrate the scenic beauty and cultural charm of Castelrotto through a personal aerial video project, freely shared with the local community and broader audience.
Creative and technical approach
Shot entirely on DJI Mavic Air 2S, the project explores the natural elegance of Castelrotto from above. Towering peaks, lush fields, and traditional alpine architecture come together in a poetic composition.
Editing and color grading were completed in DaVinci Resolve. Clean-up, titles, and motion tracking were executed in Adobe After Effects with the help of Mocha Pro. The soundtrack and sound design were also composed and mixed in DaVinci Resolve, adding emotional resonance to the visual journey.
Result
A contemplative short film that invites the viewer to rediscover Castelrotto as a place suspended between nature and time, blending majestic landscapes with a quiet, intimate atmosphere.
